Ronghe Medical (融和医疗科技（浙江）有限公司) is a Zhejiang-based medical device company focused on interventional therapy for COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Its self-developed Breeze One® (雅克夏®) system — a real-time electromagnetic navigation pulsed-field ablation platform — uses non-thermal ablation to target mucus-producing goblet cells, aiming at root-cause treatment rather than symptom management; in April 2025 it received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation . In November 2025 the company closed a Series B round of nearly 100 million yuan, led by Qiming Venture Partners with HETANG Venture Capital participating, to fund clinical rollout and domestic and international registration of its "bronchial rheoplasty under real-time electromagnetic navigation" procedure . Founder Ye Ping framed the round as validation of its original innovation, while Qiming partner Zhang Ao described the technology as "genuinely original innovation in COPD interventional therapy" with global market potential .
