Run Li

Run Li (刘润) is a Chinese business consultant and the founder of Runmi Consulting (润米咨询). He is best known as the host of the *5-Minute Business School* (《5分钟商学院》), a popular course with 350,000 students, and has advised major Chinese companies including Haier, COSCO, Henderson Land, and Baidu on strategy . In a 2019 conversation with Li Feng of FreeS Fund, he described his role as helping companies "when they are sick, even when they need saving" — work that exposes him to firms in distress and, by his own admission, can color his economic outlook toward pessimism .
