SEVB (欣旺达动力, Sunwoda Electric Vehicle Battery) is a Chinese power battery company and a portfolio company of Source Code Capital, which led its Series A round . The company has a deep manufacturing partnership with Li Auto: the two jointly developed battery packs, hitting a 100,000-unit production milestone in July 2024 at SEVB's Nanjing base , and in September 2025 signed a cooperation memorandum for SEVB to join Li Auto's open-source RingOS smart vehicle operating system project . The collaboration spans supply security and co-development of next-generation products aimed at range anxiety and battery safety .
