Founded in late 2020 by a team from Harvard's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the company focuses on first-in-class pipelines, including what it describes as the world's first diffuse gastric cancer targeted drug, SIGX1094R, which earned a 2025 Prix Galien USA "Best Biotechnology Award" nomination — the only Chinese biopharma company in that category .
