Signet Therapeutics (希格生科) is a Shenzhen-based biotech company developing AI-enabled targeted cancer drugs through a disease-modeling platform that combines organoid technology with artificial intelligence . 5Y Capital led its nearly $10 million angel+ round in October 2021 , and the firm has since advanced its lead pipeline: in February 2025, its first-in-class program SIGX1094 for diffuse gastric cancer and other advanced solid tumors received FDA Fast Track designation . The company also secured over RMB 70 million in Pre-A funding and project grants by early 2025 , and was nominated for the Galien Award later that year . Signet has collaborated with XtalPi on drug discovery and with Yuetae Technology on strategic partnerships .
