In November 2025, the company closed a nine-figure RMB Series B round led exclusively by Qiming Venture Partners, with existing shareholders including Taifu Capital, Hangzhou state capital, and Runzhang Venture Capital .

The company's pipeline includes VB19055, a highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor for hypertension whose IND was accepted by the FDA as of March 2026 , and TFX06, a next-generation oral selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) for ER+/HER2- advanced breast cancer that received CDE approval for Phase III pivotal trials by April 2026 and had clinical data accepted for presentation at the 2026 ASCO annual meeting .
