Xiaomai Zhaopin (小麦招聘) is the self-developed AI Agent recruitment product of TTC (True Talents Connect), an "AI + headhunting" firm focused on AI and frontier-tech talent. Launched in 2025 — which TTC calls its "AI first year" — the product decodes top headhunters' judgment logic and industry knowledge into structured models to power an agent covering the full job-seeking and recruiting chain, with the stated ambition of giving everyone a professional AI headhunter consultant . Within four months of launch it had won Baidu's "Wenxin Cup" startup competition first prize, QbitAI's "AI 100 Innovative Products," and a Beijing entrepreneurship competition award . In January 2026 TTC closed a tens-of-millions-of-dollars Series A led by Houxue Capital with strategic investment from Baidu — Source Code Capital having led an earlier round — with proceeds going to large-model and Agent R&D and upgrades to Xiaomai Zhaopin, marking its formal entry into Baidu's ecosystem . Per a Unity Ventures (九合创投) piece, TTC served over a thousand AI-sector companies in 2025, with annual revenue up more than 50% year on year .
