Zhuque-2

Zhuque-2 (ZQ-2) is LandSpace's two-stage liquid oxygen–methane carrier rocket — 3.35 m in diameter, 49.5 m tall, with a 219-tonne liftoff mass — which became the world's first methane-fueled rocket to reach orbit when its Y2 flight launched successfully in July 2023 from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, per 心资本SoulCapital . Its first stage clusters four TQ-12/TQ-12A methane engines, with a TQ-15A second stage on the enhanced variant (ZQ-2E), which flew its first mission in November 2024 and has since entered regular commercial service — by September 2026 the ZQ-2E had flown missions Y1 through Y7, including the series' ninth flight carrying ten Shanghai Spacecom Qianfan constellation satellites on a single launch .
