Li Auto delivers its 10,000th Li ONE to customer, setting record for fastest delivery of 10,000 vehicles among new EV brands
On June 16, 2020, Li Auto held the 10,000th Li ONE customer delivery ceremony at its Changzhou plant. Since officially beginning deliveries in December 2019, Li Auto had completed its first 10,000 deliveries in just six and a half months — a period that included both the Lunar New Year holiday and the COVID-19 outbreak — setting a record for the fastest 10,000-unit delivery of any new model by a Chinese or foreign EV startup.

According to China Automotive Data's terminal retail figures, from January to May 2020, the Li ONE became the dominant leader in China's new energy mid-large SUV market (including hybrids, plug-in hybrids, battery electric, and extended-range electric vehicles), with sales exceeding the combined total of the second through eighth place models. In a satisfaction survey of delivered customers, users expressed approval of the Li ONE's assisted driving system safety, the comfort and range-anxiety-free experience of its extended-range electric powertrain, and the tech-forward feel of its four-screen interface. Over 98% of users reported satisfaction with the vehicle and willingness to recommend the Li ONE to friends.

January–May 2020 new energy mid-large SUV sales rankings
Since beginning Li ONE deliveries, Li Auto has actively gathered customer feedback through various channels and continuously carried out product optimization and improvements. From December last year to date, the Li ONE has received six OTA software updates, building an ownership experience that keeps improving. In the third quarter, a new round of OTA updates will bring fresh applications including QQ Music, WeRead, and Tencent News.
To better serve customers, Li Auto will further accelerate expansion of its sales and service network. In this year's third quarter, Li Auto retail centers will expand to cover more than 30 cities, with new locations opening in Hefei, Kunming, Changzhou, Dongguan, Foshan, Nanchang, Shenyang, Dalian, Nanning, Haikou, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Lanzhou, and other cities to serve local consumers. Meanwhile, Li Auto's after-sales service network will cover all provinces except Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan by the end of the third quarter, expanding to 100 cities by year-end to ensure after-sales support for Li ONE customers nationwide.
