From shipment leader to ecosystem builder, INMO closes over 150 million yuan Series B2 round to cement top-tier status | Unity Ventures portfolio news
The "double champion" of both shipment volume and sales revenue in China's AR glasses market
In 2025, the AI smart glasses sector exploded into full bloom, and the "Hundred Glasses War" officially began. At this critical juncture, INMO Technology completed a Series B2 funding round exceeding RMB 150 million, jointly invested by Puhua Capital, Liangxi Industry Development Group, and Shenqi Capital. This round of financing will focus on next-generation product R&D, AI core capability building, deep supply chain expansion, and the full rollout of offline experience scenarios, accelerating the push for AI+AR terminals to move from early adopter to mainstream.

International research firm IDC recently released its IDC Quarterly Augmented and Virtual Reality Headset Tracker, 2025Q1 report. Data shows that with its INMO GO and INMO AIR product lines, INMO Technology captured 47.6% of shipment volume and 39.7% of sales revenue in the China market, ranking first in both categories and becoming the "double champion" of China's AR glasses market.
This achievement not only marks INMO's establishment of significant advantages across product, user, channel, and technology dimensions, but also signals that the company has entered a new phase as an industry leader.

Hit Products Prove Product-Market Fit, Moving from Technology to Necessity
As the world's first mass-produced 1080P wireless all-in-one AR glasses, INMO AIR3 features the self-developed IMOS 3.0 spatial operating system, integrating cutting-edge capabilities including AI semantic interaction, spatial computing, and multi-screen collaboration. It supports core functions such as spatial multi-screen and AUTO AI, and is widely used in high-frequency scenarios including office work, entertainment, social interaction, and commuting.

Building a Four-Dimensional Ecosystem of "Product + Content + AI + Channels"
Beyond product strength, INMO Technology continues to build a moat in the AI glasses industry through an integrated ecosystem spanning "product + content + AI + channels." In 2025, INMO successively established deep partnerships with leading enterprises including China Mobile, Tencent MyApp, and Asian Eye Glasses.

Full integration with China Mobile's "JiuTian" large language model, with products entering China Mobile demonstration halls for display and sales, completing deep penetration into the carrier ecosystem.

As the first XR terminal to access the Tencent MyApp ecosystem, INMO enables users to achieve native-level app content browsing, information retrieval, and AI recommendation loops directly on the glasses.

Strategic partnership with Asian Eye Glasses, with products entering its retail stores and supporting the creation of China's first AI smart product experiential shopping center — "101 SmartHub AI Smart Collection Space."
Through the integrated coordination of four main lines — platform, content, AI, and retail — INMO is building a complete closed loop from interaction to content, from service to sales, becoming one of the few brands in the AI glasses race with full-stack capabilities.

Brand Recognition Continues to Rise, Capturing User Mindshare
On the brand building front, INMO Technology continues to strengthen its user mindshare and industry representation. INMO products have frequently been featured in mainstream media including People's Daily, CCTV, and Xinhua News Agency, and at the Boao Forum for Asia, a CCTV journalist gave high praise to the INMO GO2. The dual breakthrough in brand influence and product experience is gradually establishing INMO's representative position in the domestic and international AI terminal market, while also building a solid foundation for further global expansion.

Reimagining Lifestyles, Opening a New Chapter for AI Terminals
With the completion of the Series B2 round, INMO Technology will launch an all-new strategic smart glasses product in the second half of 2025, continuing its "lightweight + AI integration" product strategy to further enhance the intelligent interaction experience. At the same time, INMO will continue to expand the penetration boundaries of AI+AR glasses into real-life scenarios, exploring the creation of offline smart glasses experience spaces. With glasses as the core entry point, it aims to build a new generation of human-computer interaction methods, information access channels, and AI-normalized lifestyles.
