Live from Shanghai Auto Show: Lize Technology upgrades IHB-LK® benchmark, unveils Smart Chassis 2.0 | Unity Ventures portfolio
Mass production shipments have placed it among the top three domestic suppliers, leading the Chinese market for brake-by-wire systems.
On April 23, the 21st Shanghai International Auto Show opened in spectacular fashion. As a leading intelligent chassis systems solution provider, Unity Ventures portfolio company LiKe Technology made a shining appearance at Hall 2.2H with its latest intelligent chassis. Under the core philosophy of "Making Chassis Think, Making Intelligent Driving Evolve," the company launched its all-new IHB-LK® (One-box) brake-by-wire system and core intelligent chassis 2.0 products, helping automakers achieve brand breakthroughs amid the wave of intelligence and electrification.
At this year's auto show, LiKe Technology debuted multiple versions of its IHB-LK® (One-box) brake-by-wire solution, adaptable to different OEM requirements. The system features an upgraded software architecture, with IHB-LK® GEN3.0 supporting all-terrain and other specialized functions. All testing and validation for this feature have been completed, with mass production scheduled for mid-2025 on flagship vehicles from domestic top-tier automakers.
Responding proactively to OEMs' urgent demand for supply chain autonomy and control, LiKe Technology has continued investing in domestic R&D. Its fully self-developed, 100% domestically produced IHB-LK® GEN4.0 (One-box) brake-by-wire solution will also enter mass production in Q4 this year.

Furthermore, looking ahead to the imminent intelligent chassis 2.0 era, LiKe Technology made a major release of new products including EMB and steer-by-wire systems, with leading performance and specifications across all metrics. With this, LiKe Technology became the industry's first technology company to develop and achieve scaled mass production of brake-by-wire One Box and all-terrain functions, while simultaneously completing the full product layout for intelligent chassis 2.0.

IHB-LK® All-Terrain Breakthrough: Building "Full-Domain Adaptability"
LiKe Technology's newly upgraded IHB-LK® GEN3.0 features a dual-chip redundancy solution, supports OEM cost reduction by eliminating P-gear locks and brake electronic switches, meets product-level functional safety ASIL D, cybersecurity, and rollback-capable over-the-air update requirements, and continues to expand application scenario boundaries — making vehicles more reliable, safer, and delivering more driving enjoyment.

LiKe Technology remains committed to expanding product application boundaries and performance metrics through technological upgrades, helping OEMs build brand differentiation. The new IHB-LK® GEN3.0 system, through algorithm optimization and multi-modal control strategies, achieves precise adaptation to extreme terrains including mud, sand, and deep snow for the first time.
The system dynamically adjusts slip ratio thresholds and braking torque distribution based on road conditions and vehicle body posture, while coordinating with the vehicle's drive system and electronically controlled suspension system to significantly improve handling, safety, and comfort across different terrains — achieving 100% mud passage rates and single-wheel escape success rates, providing intelligent chassis solutions for niche markets such as off-roading and exploration, and meeting consumer demand for new application scenarios.

Meanwhile, with OEMs' increasingly urgent demand for component localization, LiKe Technology simultaneously launched its fully self-developed, 100% domestically produced IHB-LK® GEN4.0 at the 2025 Shanghai International Auto Show, helping OEMs achieve complete autonomy and control in brake-by-wire systems.
As the first technology company in China to achieve large-scale mass production of One-box brake-by-wire products, LiKe Technology has fully validated its products' safety, reliability, and consistency. To date, it has achieved 200,000 kilometers of safe driving per vehicle, with cumulative safe driving mileage exceeding 1.5 billion kilometers. Over three years, LiKe Technology has continuously refined its products, truly moving from leading to excellence. Its mass production shipments have ranked among the top three domestic suppliers, leading the domestic brake-by-wire market.

EMB + SBW Major Release: Accelerating the Intelligent Chassis 2.0 Era
As urban NOA and L3+ combined assisted driving accelerate toward commercial deployment, redundancy design in intelligent chassis braking and steering systems has become a rigid requirement for safety assurance. At this year's Shanghai International Auto Show, LiKe Technology launched its EMB-LK® electromechanical braking system and SBW-LK® steer-by-wire system, laying a solid foundation for the core technologies of intelligent chassis 2.0.

LiKe Technology's all-new EMB-LK® electromechanical braking offers numerous competitive advantages including compact structure, precise control, extreme speed response, and ultimate safety. The system achieves response times under 85ms for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. Through optimized structural design, LiKe Technology's EMB-LK® braking system adds only 4mm in axial space compared to EPB (electronic parking brake), creating zero packaging pressure for vehicle layout.
Performance-wise, the product enables precise braking force control based on road conditions and vehicle posture, paired with low-drag calipers for optimal energy efficiency. The system employs redundant safety design meeting the highest ASIL-D functional safety level. Additionally, in terms of software architecture, the wheel-end EMB-LK® supports redundant ABS control. Notably, LiKe's EMB-LK® offers multiple exterior options, preserving traditional floating caliper designs while adding premium fixed-caliper-style options to meet diverse consumer and OEM preferences.

LiKe Technology's EMB-LK® product will lead the industry with its debut mass production in 2026 on flagship vehicles from top-tier automakers. As a rising star in the brake-by-wire domain, LiKe Technology has established substantial first-mover advantages on the chassis-by-wire track.
Another important technology launched simultaneously at this auto show is steer-by-wire. LiKe Technology's steer-by-wire system eliminates mechanical connections, enabling pure electrical signal transmission between steering wheel and wheels, supporting customizable steering ratios and active obstacle avoidance intervention, providing higher degrees of freedom for advanced assisted driving systems.

Meanwhile, LiKe Technology's EMB-LK® and SBW-LK® steer-by-wire systems both connect to the Ctrio-LK® chassis domain control platform, which features fully redundant architecture design for communication, power supply, and MCU — ensuring normal operation of braking and steering systems under single-point failures.
LiKe's new intelligent chassis 2.0 platform products not only help OEMs shorten development cycles, but also accelerate ecosystem integration with autonomous driving algorithms and vehicle domain control platforms through open interfaces and standardized protocols, meeting OEMs' needs for implementing advanced assisted driving functions and helping automakers usher in the era of intelligent driving for all.
As a hard-tech technology company focused on chassis-by-wire, LiKe Technology has rapidly established a comprehensive chassis-by-wire technology system. From setting the benchmark for scaled mass production of One-Box brake-by-wire systems, to breakthrough upgrades in all-terrain intelligent control technology, to the major release of intelligent chassis 2.0 products EMB-LK® and SBW-LK® steer-by-wire, LiKe Technology is steadily consolidating its technological leadership in the intelligent chassis domain step by step. In the second half of automotive intelligence competition, LiKe Technology will better empower automakers to achieve brand elevation.
