VBData has learned that Hangzhou Lingmou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lingmou Medical"), a provider of department-level flexible endoscopy solutions, announced the completion of a Series A financing round of tens of millions of RMB. The round was led by Unity Ventures, with follow-on investment from Chengshu Fenghua, additional investment from existing shareholder Haibang Fenghua, and Yuewei Capital serving as the exclusive financial advisor.

The proceeds will accelerate the commercialization of the company's flexible endoscopy systems at home and abroad, advance academic promotion efforts, and further strengthen and supplement its endoscopy product portfolio to build a top-tier domestic flexible endoscopy brand.

Breaking DHI Technology Monopoly, Achieving "All-Electric Transmission + Full-Scenario Imaging Technology"

Drawing on years of experience in the digestive endoscopy field by its management and team, Lingmou Medical has been continuously exploring and developing a new generation of domestically produced flexible endoscopy products. Relying on the team's exceptional execution capabilities, its self-developed Alioth series electronic endoscopy system received approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in May 2024 after just two years of development.

The product breaks from traditional technical frameworks, utilizing self-developed all-electric transmission technology to significantly enhance clinical stability. It also introduces the concept of "full-scenario imaging," with four special light imaging modes — HLI, SVI, TCI, and DHI — comprehensively covering complex imaging needs from examination to treatment.

Among these, DHI (Deep Hemoglobin Imaging) technology breaks the import monopoly, representing a domestically pioneered function with proprietary intellectual property and invention patents. It provides bleeding point identification during surgical procedures, assisting operators in rapidly locating blood vessels to achieve hemostasis, enabling new clinical applications for domestic manufacturers.

Dual-Track Domestic and International Market Layout, Commercial Scaling Expected

Despite facing severe conditions including short-term slowing of procurement demand due to domestic environmental changes, Lingmou Medical has continued to win recognition from numerous clinical experts and hospitals through solid clinical performance.
