Infinite Aerospace Raises Pre-A Round to Accelerate Development of Its First Space Shuttle Flight Vehicle | Unity Ventures Portfolio

Successfully completed the full-system ground test of the space bus IH-1 in the first half of the year.

Recently, Beijing Infinite Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., an innovative company in the commercial space in-orbit services sector, announced the completion of its Pre-A funding round. The round was led by Shenzhen Guarantee Venture Capital, with joint participation from four institutions: Shouren Chuangtou, Qianhai Honghui, Nanxun Talent Fund, and Shenzhen Angel Fund. The financing amount reached tens of millions of RMB.

Following its previous angel round, the company has once again received strong recognition from the capital markets. The proceeds from this round will primarily fund the development and production of the Space Bus maiden flight vehicle, including component manufacturing, assembly and testing, and ground verification — all critical stages of the process.

Infinite Aerospace is a high-tech enterprise focused on commercial space in-orbit services, specializing in the research and application of key technologies for in-orbit service spacecraft development, orbital transfer, multi-satellite deployment, in-orbit life extension, and space transportation. The company's core team comprises senior experts from China's major aerospace institutes, bringing extensive experience in space engineering and systems integration. Infinite Aerospace is committed to building a future-oriented in-orbit service ecosystem and advancing a full-lifecycle operations model for spacecraft.

Earlier this year, Infinite Aerospace successfully completed a full-system ground test of its Space Bus IH-1 — a major technical milestone marking substantial progress in the company's vehicle engineering verification. The test covered multiple core subsystems and comprehensively validated systems integration capabilities and full mission workflows, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming maiden flight.

Jian Li, founder of Infinite Aerospace, stated: "The completion of this Pre-A round represents an important milestone in our parallel advancement of technology and commercialization. We will accelerate development of the Space Bus maiden flight vehicle, continue strengthening system reliability and in-orbit service capabilities, and provide the commercial space market with high-performance, sustainable solutions."

The commercial space industry is entering a phase of scaled growth, and in-orbit service technology represents one of the most strategically significant directions for the future. With its unique advantages in technical accumulation, engineering execution, and team capability, Infinite Aerospace is positioned to achieve a breakthrough in the Space Bus maiden flight mission.
