Who Is Unity Ventures
Founded in 2011, Unity Ventures has always focused on structural investment opportunities created by technological transformation, with coverage spanning AI, intelligent hardware, frontier technology, biotech, advanced manufacturing, and other fields.
From the Mobile Internet era to today's AI age, Unity Ventures has consistently stood at the forefront of technology waves, entering before the hype forms. A recent example: before Embodied Artificial Intelligence became a market hot topic, Unity Ventures had already invested at the earliest stages in companies like Ziliangliang and D-Robotics.
What Is "U-Seed"
"U-Seed" is Unity Ventures' summer internship program for current students, lasting three months or more, with at least three days per week on-site.
At Unity Ventures, interns are not "bystanders." Just as young founders can build remarkable products, we believe young people can excel at early-stage investing.
This will be a summer internship with higher information density and a steeper growth curve. You'll follow a mentor to evaluate projects, conduct research, meet founders, and participate in the full investment process.
If you have sourcing capabilities, you can also proactively bring in deals. Some past interns have even co-invested their first Unity Ventures project alongside their mentor.
Key point: unlike typical short-term internships, U-Seed is also our talent development program. Outstanding performers will receive return offers, and we especially welcome students graduating in 2027.
Location: Beijing (after receiving a return offer, work locations include Beijing, Shanghai, or Shenzhen)
Timing: July–September 2026 (for those seeking return offers, the internship may be extended to six months)
Structure: One-on-one mentorship with an investor to help you get past the beginner stage faster

Beyond your resume and self-introduction, you're welcome to attach AI product reviews, research reports, Xiaohongshu creations, sourcing case studies, or anything else that shows who you are.
Who Should Join "U-Seed"
No major restrictions: Whether you're an undergraduate, master's student, or PhD candidate, as long as you have strong logical reasoning and sensitivity to technology trends.
What we care more about: Whether you get excited by new things, have genuine curiosity, can form independent judgments, and have the self-drive to continuously train your own decision-making model.
Nice to have: You might be a heavy AI product user who loves talking to developers; you might enjoy researching new directions and breaking down interesting companies; or you might have prior experience at investment institutions, entrepreneurial experience, or have built something from 0 to 1.
After joining U-Seed, you'll find that Unity Ventures is an investment firm with a startup culture. Flat organizational structure, fast decision-making, collaborative teamwork, and anti-hustle.
