AllinkBio (安领科生物 / Allink Biotherapeutics) is a Chinese biotech founded in 2023 that develops next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and multispecific antibodies for oncology and immunology . The company was co-founded by CEO Feng Hui, who previously led development of China's first overseas-approved PD-1 monoclonal antibody (Toripalimab) . AllinkBio has raised two rounds of Series A funding: $42 million in late 2024 led by BlueRun Ventures, with follow-on from Yuanbio Venture Capital, Legend Capital and others, plus a re-up from existing shareholders Gaorong Ventures and Med-Fine Capital ; and an extension round of nearly $50 million closed in December 2025 .
