Allink Biotherapeutics (安领科生物) is a clinical-stage biotech company founded in 2023 by Feng Hui, previously co-founder of Junshi Biosciences and leader behind China's first overseas-approved PD-1 antibody (toripalimab) . The company develops differentiated ADCs and multispecific antibodies for oncology and immunology, built on proprietary bispecific antibody and ADC technology platforms .

Its two lead ADC candidates are ALK201, a FGFR2b-targeting therapy positioned as a potential first-in-class/best-in-class treatment for FGFR2b-overexpressing solid tumors, and ALK202, an EGFR/cMET bispecific ADC for non-small cell lung cancer — both in global Phase I trials across Australia, the US, and China as of late 2024 . The company is also building out a masked T-cell engager (TCE) platform for solid tumors and first-in-class bispecific/multispecific antibody programs in immune and inflammatory diseases .

AllinkBio has raised approximately $92 million across its Series A and a near-$50 million A-round extension. BlueRun Ventures led the $42 million Series A in November 2024 and continued to participate in the December 2025 extension, which was co-led by Legend Capital and Meituan Longzhu . Gaorong Ventures, which co-led the 2023 angel round, also re-upped alongside YuanSheng Ventures, 5Y Capital, and others .
