FeiYu Tech (蜚语科技) is a ZhenFund angel portfolio company building AI-powered developer tools. Its self-programming assistant Rosetta (罗塞塔) received national algorithmic registration in Shanghai , and its Rosetta large model later passed professional evaluation by the China Industrial Internet Research Institute's testing lab, earning an AI large-model industrial-application capability certificate . The company was named to the 2024 China Emerging Tech Pioneer Enterprises list by SegmentFault and made 36Kr's 2025 AI-Native Application Innovation Cases for its AI application-security intelligent operations solution . In late 2024, FeiYu Tech formally joined Shanghai's "Model Speed Space," the first large-model ecosystem community in China, alongside fellow ZhenFund portfolio company Jimeng Intelligence .
