Fosun RZ Capital is a Chinese venture capital fund active in cross-border and globalization-oriented investing. It appears in elsewhere's corpus primarily as a co-investor in international deals, including a $3.2 million Pre-A round for Indonesian social commerce startup Desty in August 2021, where it followed the lead of 5Y Capital alongside East Ventures and others . More recently, in April 2025, it re-upped as an existing shareholder in YuanDing Intelligence, a wireless pool robot company that raised nearly 1 billion RMB in strategic funding . The fund has also been a training ground for investors with a China-to-global focus: Fei Ruan, now raising his own "one-person fund" for cross-border deals, previously served as a senior investment director at Fosun RZ Capital after stints at Innovation Works and before joining RICHU Capital .
