Premier Sam Li's Message to Oasis Ecosystem Companies
On July 29, the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) concluded in Shanghai. During the conference, Premier of the State Council Sam Li conducted on-site research into AI development and, at the VAST exhibition area, heard from founder Yachen Song on the direction of 3D large models.
At this year's WAIC, Oasis ecosystem companies including MiniMax, Spirit AI, Infinigence AI, VAST, Inxbot, and Lxson made concentrated appearances, showcasing key achievements in model algorithms, embodied robotics, and AI infrastructure — reflecting Oasis's systematic positioning and phased progress in the AI industry.

MiniMax Founder Junjie Yan Delivers Speech at WAIC Main Forum
Junjie Yan, founder and CEO of Oasis portfolio company MiniMax, was the only large-model entrepreneur invited to speak at the main forum, delivering a keynote titled AI for Everyone.
He emphasized that AI should become a capability interface accessible to everyone, not confined to specific groups or institutions. The speech centered on the accessibility, continuous evolution, and societal impact of large models, combining MiniMax's frontier work in generative video, multi-agent systems, model alignment, and open-source ecosystems to share the trajectory of AI's leap from tool to foundational productivity.

LimX Dynamics Unveils Full-Size Humanoid Robot LimX Oli
Embodied intelligence robotics company LimX Dynamics officially released its self-developed full-size general-purpose humanoid robot LimX Oli and opened it for pre-order. Oli stands 165 cm tall with 31 active degrees of body freedom, featuring modular hardware and software design that supports the complete workflow from algorithm R&D to system deployment.
Targeting AI researchers, robotics developers, and system integrators, Oli comes in three versions — Lite, EDU, and Super — adapted for key tasks including gait planning, multimodal interaction, and reinforcement learning.
The product will make its first public demonstration at the World Robot Conference in Beijing on August 8, marking a new phase in LimX's IDS collaborative innovation strategy.

LimX Dynamics Secures Strategic Lead Investment from JD.com
Recently, Oasis Pre-A portfolio company LimX Dynamics completed a new funding round led strategically by JD.com. The capital will be used for mass production and sales of LimX Oli, R&D of its embodied large model VGM, and advancement of the IDS collaborative innovation ecosystem.
Building on hardware iterations for its bipedal robot TRON 1 and full-size humanoid robot Oli, the company continues pushing forward toolchain construction for its embodied platform and model generalization capabilities, strengthening its platform advantages in R&D efficiency and product systemization.
Spirit AI Closes Nearly RMB 600 Million PreA+ Round
Recently, Oasis seed-round portfolio company Spirit AI announced the completion of a nearly RMB 600 million PreA+ funding round led by JD.com, with follow-on investments from China Internet Investment Fund, Fosun RZ Capital, and other notable institutions, and超额追加 from existing shareholders.
This round will accelerate mass production of its force-controlled humanoid robot Moz1 and continued evolution of its self-developed embodied large model VLA. Through integrated hardware-software R&D, Spirit AI is building a complete closed loop from real-world scenario research to technical breakthroughs, product deployment, and user feedback, further solidifying its leading position in the industrialization path of embodied intelligence.
