Gansha Wu

Gansha Wu is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of UISEE (驭势科技), an L4 autonomous driving company that listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May 2026 as the first full-scenario L4 autonomous driving stock . He previously served as president and chief engineer of Intel Labs China, leaving in 2016 to start UISEE from a garage in Beijing's Fangshan district — a move that drew considerable attention in China's AI industry at the time .
