H3C (新华三) is the enterprise-IT group under Tsinghua Unigroup (紫光股份), a maker of data-center and computing infrastructure equipment — per a 5Y Capital piece, its GPU partner Vastai Technologies won a bid in March 2025 to supply equipment for an energy-sector central SOE's data-center expansion project alongside H3C .
