MFund

MFund (魔量资本) is a Chinese venture capital fund that appears in elsewhere's corpus primarily through its investments in two high-profile companies. It was a backer of Flexiv (非夕), the adaptive robotics startup founded by Stanford PhDs, participating across multiple rounds from the angel stage through the company's $100 million-plus Series C in 2025 . The fund also invested in Pinduoduo: founder Hu Zemin had personal ties to Huang Zheng dating back to MFund's origins after 91 Wireless was sold to Baidu in 2013, with Hu investing personally in Pinduoduo's Series A and MFund coming in at Series B .
