Mumian Capital

Mumian Capital (穆棉资本) is a Chinese financial advisory (FA) firm. Its founding partner is 应金凤 . The firm was active in consumer-brand deals during the late 2010s: 应金凤 told 36氪 that before 2019, "推品牌类的案子可选的机构范围都很有限" and "很多机构根本不看品牌," but that shifted after mobile internet红利 dried up . The firm also runs an affiliated investment vehicle, 内向基金 (Neixiang Fund / Introverted Fund), whose partner 孙婷婷 was quoted in a 2023 暗涌Waves piece on Charlie Munger's death . In a 2024 year-end survey, 孙婷婷 described the firm's outlook as "是和更多默契的伙伴们同行，希望行稳且致远" .
