YinZheng Bio

YinZheng Bio (引正基因, GenEditBio) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing in vivo genome-editing therapies, and a Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company. In a Qiming weekly update from January 2026, the firm reported that GenEditBio's self-developed in vivo genome-editing investigational drug GEB-101 had received IND clearance from the US FDA, allowing it to enter clinical trials . An earlier Qiming weekly (September 2025) noted the company was named to an industry list as a representative biotech enterprise ; beyond that, elsewhere's corpus offers little else on its founding or financing details.
