Zhangyu Power

Zhangyu Power (章鱼动力, also known as SynapX) is a physical AI company founded by Du Dalong, who was the sixth founding employee at Horizon Robotics and previously co-founded Jizhi Robotics, which was acquired in late 2025 in what was described as the largest intelligent-driving M&A deal in A-share history . The company raised nearly $50 million in its Series A in March 2026, co-led by Horizon Robotics, Hillhouse Venture Capital, Xiaomi Strategic Investment, Shunwei Capital, and Linear Capital , and subsequently secured additional strategic investment from Singapore's K3, with existing shareholders including Shunwei, Xiaomi, Hillhouse, and Linear continuing to invest . K3 was founded by Kuok Meng Xiong of the Kuok family . Linear Capital, an early investor, frames Zhangyu Power's work as part of using AI to transform the physical world .
