Source Code Capital Portfolio Company Edianzu Raises $60 Million in Series D to Accelerate Enterprise IT Services Expansion
Accelerate sales expansion and strengthen service capabilities.

Edianzu, a corporate IT equipment leasing and management platform, announced it has raised $60 million in Series D funding. The round was co-led by existing investor Source Code Capital and a sovereign wealth fund. The proceeds will be used primarily to accelerate its corporate IT services expansion, grow into additional cities, and strengthen service capabilities.
Founded in early 2015, Edianzu's previous investors include Source Code Capital, Matrix Partners China, Shunwei Capital, Koala Fund, Hongtai APlus, and 1898 Ventures. Including this round, Edianzu has raised more than 900 million RMB in total funding.
Headquartered in Beijing, Edianzu has sales offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Hangzhou, with equipment leasing operations covering the entire country. It provides self-operated four-hour on-site IT support services in ten major cities nationwide.
On the use of proceeds, Edianzu CEO Pengcheng Ji said the company will further accelerate its corporate IT services expansion. This will involve strengthening sales capabilities by establishing direct sales offices in more cities, as well as enhancing service capabilities and geographic coverage to bring four-hour on-site IT support to additional cities, delivering a better service experience for clients.
Edianzu is a pioneer in the industry. Since its founding, the company has used innovative thinking and best-in-class service to upend the traditional model of corporate equipment purchasing, ushering in a new era of IT equipment leasing for Chinese enterprises. It has successively introduced a series of groundbreaking services, including zero-deposit leasing, full warranty coverage, brand-new computers available for rent and return at any time, and four-hour on-site IT support.
As a leader in corporate IT leasing services, Edianzu continues to innovate and push boundaries within the sector. Its current business segments cover equipment leasing, on-site IT support, IT management SaaS, equipment recycling, and PC manufacturing, achieving foundational coverage across the corporate IT services spectrum.
Kaisi Chang, a director at Edianzu and investor at Source Code Capital, said that enterprise users are increasingly prioritizing efficiency and flexibility in IT services, and outsourcing non-core IT services is an inevitable trend. IT equipment leasing is an excellent entry point, with current penetration still very low and substantial room for growth ahead. As the industry frontrunner, Edianzu has continuously elevated service quality, solidified competitive moats, and maintained high-speed growth. Source Code Capital has long focused on industrial internet investments and remains bullish on Edianzu's development.
With a customer-centric approach, Edianzu has consistently built exceptional service experiences for enterprises. Numerous well-known companies have chosen Edianzu's services, including Toutiao, Sunshine Insurance Group, Yonyou, and Peking University.
To date, Edianzu has served more than 20,000 enterprises, including over 6,000 listed companies and industry unicorns. It has leased more than 300,000 devices and commands a market share of nearly 80%.
Facing China's trillion-RMB corporate IT services market, Edianzu has adopted a pragmatic, low-profile approach to steadily advance enterprise IT infrastructure development, pioneering a new era in corporate IT services. Edianzu makes enterprise IT more efficient, easier, and more worry-free, empowering companies to focus on their core business and accelerate their growth.
