Recently, Unity Ventures portfolio company Chuhang Technology announced the completion of its Series C funding round. The round was led by a fund managed by Shanda Investment, with additional investment from the Xinzhi Yanchan Fund and Lanpu Gaozhi, raising over RMB 100 million.
The proceeds will be primarily used for technology iteration and capacity expansion, further extending the company's leading position in spatial intelligent sensing.
Shaping Industry Standards, Demonstrating Leadership
As a global leader in spatial intelligent sensing and a core enterprise in multimodal millimeter-wave radar perception, Chuhang Technology not only maintains an industry-leading position in technology and products, but also actively participates in the formulation of industrial standards and norms.
At the first 2026 meeting of the in-vehicle millimeter-wave radar standards drafting group under SAC/TC114/SC29 (the Electronic and Electromagnetic Compatibility Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Automotive Standardization) in May, Chuhang Technology served as the designated organizer, working with industry experts and enterprise representatives to consolidate and discuss feedback on the recommended national standard Technical Specifications for In-Vehicle Millimeter-Wave Radar.
The establishment of millimeter-wave radar standards will fill the gap in unified technical specifications for domestic in-vehicle millimeter-wave radar, providing authoritative guidance for the design, production, testing, and validation of radar products, and supporting the standardized development of advanced intelligent driving technologies. Chuhang Technology's role in organizing this meeting reflects the standardization technical committee's strong recognition of its technical accumulation and industrial practice in the millimeter-wave radar field.

In March, Chuhang Technology entered a strategic partnership with Qiaoshang Linghang to jointly develop and market vital-sign monitoring millimeter-wave radar products for the smart health and wellness sector. In April, Haohang Technology — a joint venture of Chuhang Technology — signed a two-wheeler radar project order with India's Sterling Tools.
