AI2Robotics (智平方 / Zhì Píngfāng) is a Chinese embodied-intelligence startup that builds end-to-end VLA (Vision-Language-Action) models and general-purpose robots. It was among the earliest domestic firms to bet on the "end-to-end" technical paradigm and claims to have achieved early breakthroughs in VLA . In February 2026 the company closed a B-round series exceeding RMB 1 billion, pushing its valuation into the ten-billion-yuan bracket, after having already raised twelve rounds within the preceding twelve months . The same month it said the fresh capital would go toward upgrading its GOVLA embodied foundation model, iterating its AlphaBot product line, and expanding production capacity for scaled delivery .

Yunqi Capital, an early backer, first joined AI2Robotics's Pre-A+ round in March 2025 and has featured the company repeatedly in its portfolio communications . A later A-round tranche was led by Shenzhen Capital Group, which invested over RMB 100 million on its own . The February 2026 B round brought in a mix of strategic and financial investors including China Railway Capital, internet and AI majors, Tesla-supply-chain leaders, and state-backed funds, reflecting a deliberate "capital + industry" structure aimed at manufacturing-scene deployment .
