Fairino

Fairino (法奥机器人) is a Chinese collaborative-robot and intelligent-manufacturing solutions provider founded in 2019 . It has positioned itself as a full-stack player by self-developing core components—controllers, encoders, servo drives, harmonic reducers, servo motors and brakes—and offers a multi-scene, multi-payload product line centered on its FR series (3–35 kg, 11 models), with specialised variants such as the WM welding series and commercial C-series . According to GGII data cited by Source Code Capital, Fairino ranked first among Chinese collaborative-robot brands in both total domestic sales and overseas shipment volume in 2025 .

The company has raised two major rounds in recent years: a $50 million-plus Series B led by Source Code Capital in March 2022, with participation from Alibaba and Meituan Longzhu and follow-on from Shunwei Capital, Hillhouse Venture and Zhongding Capital ; and a nearly $100 million Series C in March 2026 led by China Life Investment's Shuangtan Fund, with Source Code Capital and other existing shareholders continuing to invest . At that time Fairino had also completed a shareholding restructuring . Its commercial footprint spans 50-plus overseas sales points and three overseas service centres, serving customers including Samsung, Hyundai, AISIN, Unilever and DENSO . Looking ahead to 2026, the company is steering toward "AI + collaborative robot" integration and positioning itself as a Tier 1 core supplier for humanoid-robot manufacturers .
