JunShan Capital

JunShan Capital (钧山资本) is a Chinese investment fund that has been particularly active in the embodied intelligence and robotics sector in 2025–2026, while also maintaining earlier bets in semiconductors and biotech. It led the A+ round for Haiyan Automation (海研自动化) in late 2022 , participated in the C round for cellular IoT chip designer XinYi Information (芯翼信息科技) in early 2023 , and made an exclusive A+ investment in DeepKinase (嘉华药锐) in mid-2023 .

More recently, JunShan has emerged as a repeat backer in the general-purpose humanoid robot space: it co-invested in Tashi Intelligent Navigation (它石智航) alongside Meituan's strategic investment arm and others in the company's $122 million angel+ round in July 2025, then followed on in its $455 million pre-A round in April 2026 . It also joined the angel+ round for Boundless Dynamics (无界动力) in February 2026 and continued into that company's angel++ round two months later , while backing Simple AI (深朴智能) across multiple rounds in early 2026 . The fund's positioning, per these deal patterns, skews toward hard-tech and AI-driven hardware at early-to-growth stages.
