Max Xiao

Max Xiao (肖玛峰) is the founder and CEO of TTC (True Talents Connect), an AI-powered recruitment company whose stated long-term vision, in his words, is to become "an AI-native international HR company" . He brought roughly 16–17 years of high-end executive search experience to the venture, having previously co-founded China Gate Logistics (CGL 德筑集团) and served as its COO, where he helped scale a partnership of over a hundred partners and grew revenue from zero to RMB 500 million . Under his leadership TTC has raised multiple rounds — a RMB 10-million-level round led by Source Code Capital in early 2023, a further tens of millions of RMB later that year, and an eight-figure USD round reported in January 2026 to push agent-driven intelligence across the recruitment chain .
