Source Code Capital recently announced that Yunduan Zheng has joined as a partner. Zheng will serve as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO), overseeing organizational development and startup services related to organizational building.

Zheng brings more than 24 years of human resources management experience across multinational corporations and domestic enterprises, including HR operations at large mature companies, organizational design and HR system development from scratch, and leading large HR professional teams. He previously served as Chief People Officer at KE Holdings, 360, and China Fortune Land Development; as group advisor at Vanke; and as co-founder and head of human resources at Xiaoyaoyao. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Procter & Gamble in the United States, Royal Dutch Shell, and Temasek's Fullerton Financial Holdings, with work and study experience spanning Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, the United States, Singapore, and Switzerland.
