Dingke Medical Donates RMB 500,000 in Special Charitable Funds
Co-launches "Patient Care Project — Pure Life Public Welfare Classroom"
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Dingke Medical donated RMB 500,000 in special charitable funds to the Beijing Kangmeng Charity Foundation, partnering with the Vascular Access Specialist Group of the Chinese Hospital Association's Blood Purification Center Branch to co-launch the "Patient Care Project — Pure Life Public Welfare Classroom." The full amount of this donation will be used to support grassroots hemodialysis access screening, free surgeries, technical training, and patient assistance, addressing grassroots diagnostic and treatment challenges through a systematic public welfare model.

In the first phase of activities, an expert team led by Professor Yuzhu Wang, a vascular access specialist at Beijing Haidian Hospital, went deep into Weifang Hanting District People's Hospital and surrounding hospitals in Shandong Province. Through a four-in-one model of "screening — surgery — training — donation," they built a lifeline of health protection for grassroots hemodialysis patients. The project aims to elevate grassroots vascular access diagnosis and treatment standards and genuinely care for the health of dialysis patients.

Galaxy Universal Closes New RMB 1.1 Billion Funding Round
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Galaxy Universal announced the formal completion of a new RMB 1.1 billion funding round, bringing its total funding to over RMB 2.4 billion in just two years.

Since its founding, Galaxy Universal has pioneered a technical paradigm of pre-training with simulated synthetic action datasets and post-training with real-world data, leading the rapid iteration of global embodied large-model technology. Its breakthrough achievements include launching GraspVLA, the world's first end-to-end embodied large model pre-trained on billion-level simulated synthetic action data; GroceryVLA, the world's first end-to-end model for retail commercialization; and TrackVLA, a product-grade end-to-end navigation large model.
In terms of scaled robot application deployment, Galaxy Universal has made significant progress in smart retail, industrial, and healthcare scenarios.

Galaxy Universal Partners with Bosch China and Others
to Establish Joint Venture "Boyin Hechuang"
Recently, Bosch and Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Galaxy Universal formally announced the establishment of joint venture "Boyin Hechuang." The joint venture will focus on complex assembly, intelligent quality inspection, and other high-precision manufacturing scenarios, developing dexterous robots and driving the scaled deployment of embodied artificial intelligence in industrial settings. At the same time, the joint venture will actively pursue fundraising expansion and global layout, building an internationally competitive smart manufacturing product system. This cooperation comes at a critical juncture as global manufacturing accelerates toward intelligentization, marking an important milestone for embodied intelligence technology's transition from experimental validation to industrial deployment.

As one of the first fruits of this cooperation, the joint venture "Boyin Hechuang" also signed a strategic cooperation memorandum on-site with United Automotive Electronic Systems Co., Ltd., announcing the joint establishment of the embodied intelligent robot joint laboratory "RoboFab." Frontage Laboratories' Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Enters Strategic Partnership with VasoDynamics
Recently, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Frontage Laboratories, Frontage Pharma, formally entered a strategic partnership with Europe's VasoDynamics. Going forward, both parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership for contract technical development and manufacturing of special dosage forms such as mouthwash and topical solutions during the clinical trial phase and subsequent commercialization phase.

Frontage Laboratories primarily provides drug R&D, analytical services, clinical sample manufacturing, clinical packaging and supply, stability studies, and regulatory filing services. Frontage Laboratories' GMP manufacturing facility in Suzhou can produce tablets, capsules, granules, oral solutions, eye drops, inhalation products, injections, lyophilized formulations, creams, ointments, and hormone products with special requirements.

Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals Presents Promising Data for Biweekly GLP-1RA Bofanglutide at ADA 85th Scientific Sessions
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals (603087.SH) announced that it presented multiple Phase 2 clinical study results for its self-developed ultra-long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1RA) bofanglutide (development code: GZR18) injection in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) at the 2025 American Diabetes Association 85th Scientific Sessions (ADA 2025) in poster format.

The latest clinical results presented at this year's ADA meeting highlight Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals' leading position in developing long-acting glucose-lowering drugs. Building on these positive clinical outcomes, the company will further advance R&D of innovative diabetes treatments. Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals has already initiated and is accelerating large-scale Phase 3 series studies of bofanglutide injection for the type 2 diabetes indication in China, aiming to bring better treatment options to patients with diabetes.
Insilico Medicine Doses First Patient with ISM3412
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Insilico Medicine announced that it has dosed the first patient in a global multi-center clinical trial (NCT06414460) evaluating the AI-enabled, novel-structured, potentially best-in-class MAT2A inhibitor ISM3412 in patients with locally advanced and metastatic solid tumors.

Insilico Medicine's Research on Novel Chemical Structure Pan-KRAS Inhibitors Published in International Journal
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Insilico Medicine announced that it has successfully developed a series of pan-KRAS inhibitors with novel chemical structures through its proprietary generative chemistry platform Chemistry42, employing structure-based drug design, scaffold hopping, deep molecular modeling, and other strategies. The resulting candidate compound series was driven by the combination of artificial intelligence technology and human expertise, demonstrating high nanomolar pan-KRAS inhibitory activity. The related research results were recently published in ACS Medicinal Chemistry Letters, a journal of the American Chemical Society (ACS).

Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company SinoCellTech (688520.SH) announced that its SCTB39-1 injection has received approval from China's National Medical Products Administration to conduct clinical trials as a monotherapy for patients with advanced malignant solid tumors.

SCTB39-1 is a multi-target immunotherapy trispecific antibody injection developed independently by SinoCellTech.
CanSino Biologics Co-Develops Three-Component Lipid Nanoparticle Delivery System
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company CanSino Biologics (688185.SH, 06185.HK), in collaboration with the R&D team at Beijing JenKem Technology Co., Ltd., successfully developed a three-component lipid nanoparticle (ISL-3C-LNP) delivery system based on a novel ionizable sterol lipid (ISL). Through rational design and systematic screening, the team obtained a series of ISL compounds with excellent properties. The research was published in the international authoritative journal ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces.

The results showed that ISL-3C-LNP significantly improved safety and enhanced cellular immune responses, while offering simplified composition and patent advantages.
This innovative delivery system provides a new technical option for mRNA vaccine development, demonstrating important application value particularly in therapeutic areas requiring strong cellular immune responses, such as tumor immunotherapy. The development of ISL-3C-LNP not only addresses the patent limitations of traditional LNPs, but its enhanced immunogenicity and improved safety profile also offer new directions for the design of next-generation mRNA vaccines.
InventisBio's Garsorasib Study for Advanced or Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Published in International Journal
Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company InventisBio (688382.SH) announced progress in its independently developed, highly selective KRAS G12C oral inhibitor garsorasib for treating KRAS G12C-mutated advanced solid tumors. The study was led by Professor Ruihua Xu at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, and the colorectal cancer (CRC) cohort results were formally published in the international journal Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy (impact factor: 40.8).

The results showed that garsorasib monotherapy or in combination with cetuximab demonstrated favorable efficacy and safety in advanced or metastatic CRC. In the garsorasib monotherapy cohort, the objective response rate (ORR) was 19.2%, disease control rate (DCR) was 92.3%, median progression-free survival (PFS) was 5.5 months, and median overall survival (OS) was 13.1 months. In the garsorasib plus cetuximab cohort, ORR reached 45.2%, DCR was 92.9%, median PFS was 7.5 months, and median OS was not yet reached.

Zhenluo Science Collaborative Research Published in Nature Sub-Journal npj Digital Medicine

Voice-based Parkinson's disease (PD) detection faces two core challenges: first, data privacy concerns make centralized data sharing difficult; second, significant differences in phonetic features across languages make it hard for models to cover multiple languages. The FedOcw framework proposed in this study creatively addresses these issues through dynamic client weight optimization and cross-lingual feature extraction mechanisms, achieving PD diagnostic performance that significantly surpasses local models and other federated learning methods on multi-language datasets.

Recently, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Nurotron officially released its globally leading 3.0T MRI-compatible cochlear implant system. The launch of this breakthrough product marks a leap forward for China in the field of high-end auditory implant devices.

The product's technical advantages include: a slim implant body requiring minimal bone drilling; small artifact area; unlimited MRI scan frequency, with a uniquely threaded magnet design for easy insertion and removal when head scans are needed; industry-leading data transmission rates for richer, fuller sound content; and a special electrode lead design that improves tensile performance by 80% over the previous generation, so pediatric patients need not worry about changes in head circumference as they grow.

CanSino Biologics' 13-Valent Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Conjugate Vaccine Upexin® Formally Approved
Recently, the 13-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine (PCV13i) Upexin®, independently developed by Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company CanSino Biologics (688185.SH, 06185.HK), formally received approval from China's National Medical Products Administration. It becomes China's first pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine to use both diphtheria toxin non-toxic mutant (CRM197) and tetanus toxoid (TT) as dual carriers.

Unlike pneumococcal conjugate vaccines already on the market in China, Youpeixin® effectively avoids adverse reactions that may result from excess single-carrier use, reduces immune interference when co-administered with other vaccines, and enhances immunogenicity. Additionally, the vaccine provides superior protection against the four serotypes (19F, 19A, 7F, and 3) that impose the heaviest disease burden on Chinese children.

Qiming Venture Partners Portfolio Company Burning Rock's PD-L1 Companion Diagnostic Kit Approved for New Indication
Following its approval for non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsNSCLC), Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Burning Rock has received formal approval for its PD-L1 companion diagnostic kit for a new indication: esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). This indication was co-developed by Burning Rock and Henlius, and is designed to aid in identifying ESCC patients eligible for treatment with HANSIZHUANG® (serplulimab injection) — serving as a companion diagnostic for HANSIZHUANG® (PD-L1 positive standard: CPS≥1). This approval represents not only a milestone in technological innovation, but also a transformation in the paradigm of precision treatment for esophageal cancer, marking a critical step forward in Burning Rock's market expansion.

Burning Rock has developed two PD-L1 clone antibody companion diagnostic products tailored to different sponsors' pipelines. Its approved indications now cover three of the most prevalent tumor types — lung cancer, breast cancer (TNBC), and esophageal cancer — establishing the company as a leader in domestic companion diagnostic reagents. The PD-L1 antibody reagents are also compatible with multiple platform detection devices and have received recommendations from authoritative pathology expert consensus.

HaiheHeart Helps Zhejiang University School of Medicine's Second Affiliated Hospital Redesign Its Day Chemotherapy Center
With technology and service support from HaiheHeart, a Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company, the Day Chemotherapy Center at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine successfully transformed patient flow from "three visits required" to "half-day completion." Patients' time in hospital dropped dramatically, while their quality of life and treatment adherence improved significantly.

Leveraging innovative AI capabilities and China's leading experience in building intelligent whole-journey cancer management systems, HaiheHeart played a deep role in redesigning the Day Chemotherapy Center's clinical workflow, integrating humanistic care into treatment processes and pushing cancer care toward greater efficiency and patient-centeredness.
Since its launch in 2021, the Day Chemotherapy Center has cumulatively treated 48,095 patient visits, reduced average in-hospital waiting time by 120–180 minutes, achieved a peak daily bed utilization rate of 312.90%, and maintained monthly bed utilization at 231.64%. HaiheHeart will continue its deep collaboration with the Second Affiliated Hospital to extend the Day Chemotherapy Center's high-quality services to additional campuses, jointly building a benchmark for day chemotherapy nationwide.
