Unisound Successfully Lists on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
On June 30 Beijing time, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company and pioneer in China's AI technology commercialization, Unisound, successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Unisound (09678.HK) priced its IPO at HK$205.00 per share, giving it a market capitalization of HK$14.545 billion.
Qiming Venture Partners has been with Unisound for over a decade. Our investment in the company dates back to its Series A round in 2013, and we continued to support its growth through the Series B and D1 rounds.
Founded in 2012, Unisound focuses on building conversational AI products and solutions for everyday life and healthcare-related scenarios, helping users improve operational efficiency and strengthen decision-making capabilities. Its customers include insurance groups and over 100 hospitals.

The DKutting™ high-pressure scoring balloon combines directional cutting with high-pressure dilation capabilities. Abbisko to Present Latest Clinical Trial Data on Irpagratinib Combined with Atezolizumab for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Abbisko (02256.HK) announced it will deliver an oral presentation at the 2025 ESMO Gastrointestinal Oncology Congress (ESMO GI) reporting the latest Phase 2 clinical trial data for its independently developed highly selective small-molecule FGFR4 inhibitor irpagratinib (ABSK-011) in combination with atezolizumab for patients with FGF19-overexpressing advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.

The newly disclosed findings demonstrate that the combination regimen showed favorable safety and significant efficacy in FGF19-overexpressing advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients, regardless of whether they were treatment-naïve or previously treated. The combination achieved an objective response rate (ORR) of ≥50% and a median progression-free survival (PFS) of ≥7 months. These results not only further validate the substantial potential of this combination therapy in treating FGF19-overexpressing advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, but also offer novel therapeutic perspectives and directions for both patients previously treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and those without prior ICI exposure — bringing new hope to a broader patient population.
Abbisko Completes First Patient Enrollment in Observational Study for Achondroplasia Treatment
Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Abbisko (02256.HK) announced that an observational study in children with achondroplasia has completed its first patient enrollment. This study will collect baseline information on pediatric patients to support research on ABSK061, Abbisko's independently developed highly selective small-molecule FGFR2/3 inhibitor for achondroplasia treatment.

In March 2025, ABSK061 received approval from the Center for Drug Evaluation, NMPA (CDE) to conduct clinical studies for treating achondroplasia in children.
ABSK061 is a next-generation oral, highly potent, highly selective small-molecule FGFR2/3 inhibitor independently developed by Abbisko with global intellectual property rights, and the first FGFR2/3-selective inhibitor to enter clinical trials worldwide. First-generation pan-FGFR inhibitors have demonstrated clinical efficacy across multiple tumor types harboring FGFR2/3 alterations and have gradually gained regulatory approvals globally, but their therapeutic window and efficacy are both constrained by FGFR1 inhibition-related side effects. By reducing FGFR1 inhibition while maintaining high activity against FGFR2/3, ABSK061 as a second-generation FGFR inhibitor holds promise for achieving a superior safety profile and clinical efficacy.
MediLink Therapeutics' YL201 Receives FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation
Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company MediLink Therapeutics announced that YL201 has been granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation by the FDA for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC).

YL201 is a B7H3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed based on MediLink Therapeutics' proprietary TMALIN® technology platform. The YL201 program is currently advancing multiple clinical studies globally. Its small cell lung cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma indications have entered Phase 3 clinical trials in China. Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Hesai Technology (NASDAQ: HSAI) announced that its ATX — an automotive-grade, compact, ultra-high-definition long-range LiDAR — has officially passed the ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety product certification issued by international authoritative testing and certification body SGS-TÜV, providing more robust and higher-specification safety assurance for the large-scale mass production of advanced driver assistance functions.

The Hesai ATX follows the Pandar128, QT128, and AT128 as the fourth LiDAR product to pass this certification, strengthening Hesai Technology's "safety iron triangle" covering functional safety, cybersecurity, and safety of the intended functionality processes, and further solidifying its leading position in the industry. To date, Hesai Technology has become the company with the most ISO 26262 functional safety product certifications in the industry.

Infinigence AI Founder Yu Wang Delivers Keynote at Inaugural ModelScope Developer Conference
At the inaugural ModelScope Developer Conference, Yu Wang — professor and department chair of the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, and founder of Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Infinigence AI — delivered a keynote speech titled "The Next Stop for Edge Intelligence: Hardware Innovation and Technical Breakthroughs and Challenges in On-Device AI." Taking hardware-software co-design as the core methodology and Embodied Artificial Intelligence as the future anchor point, the speech focused on the challenges and solutions for deploying large models on edge devices, systematically presenting the full landscape of on-device AI from challenges to technical breakthroughs.

Professor Wang proposed a hardware-software co-design path forward. At the model level, by integrating computing power, data, and developer community resources, efficient small models can be built. For example, Megrez-3B-Omni — an on-device full-modal large model jointly launched by Infinigence AI and ModelScope — deeply integrated hardware-software co-optimization during development, achieving an excellent balance between inference speed and accuracy, and delivering best-in-class inference performance at the time across multimodal tasks spanning text, image, and audio. At the software level, inference optimization software for general scenarios needs to be developed. Taking Infinigence AI's Mizar intelligent terminal acceleration inference engine as an example, this engine is an independently controllable large model hardware-software adaptation platform built for PCs, computing boxes, and other intelligent terminals, achieving substantial inference speed improvements across multiple application scenarios while significantly reducing power consumption and memory footprint — truly transforming AI capabilities into the intrinsic DNA of terminal devices. At the hardware level, customized accelerators and novel devices/computing paradigms are needed to break through traditional architecture limitations and significantly improve energy efficiency and processing speed. For example, Infinigence AI's self-developed large-model-specific inference processor LPU IP supports multimodal large models including text-to-text, text-to-image, and text-to-video, supports 3D-stacked DRAM, and achieves computing power and energy efficiency surpassing high-end process/high-computing-power GPUs on low-end process/low-computing-power FPGAs. Insilico Medicine Ranks 9th Among Chinese Biotech Institutions on 2025 Nature Index Research Leaders
The 2025 Nature Index Research Leaders was recently released. Thanks to sustained research breakthroughs at the intersection of biotechnology, AI, and automation, Qiming Venture Partners portfolio company Insilico Medicine ranked 42nd globally among biotech institutions and 9th among Chinese biotech institutions.

During the measurement period, Insilico Medicine published 55 academic papers and reports. Major findings published in leading journals including Nature Biotechnology were the primary drivers of its ranking improvement. Among them, a March 2024 paper comprehensively detailed the complete preclinical R&D journey of Rentosertib (ISM001-055) — the company's first-in-class TNIK inhibitor discovered and designed by generative AI — from target identification to clinical candidate nomination, highlighting the cost and efficiency advantages of AI-driven drug discovery.
