Cardinal Operations (杉数科技) is an industrial AI decision-optimization company in ZhenFund's angel portfolio. Its "Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing Decision-Optimization Platform" was named to Beijing's 2024 Industrial Internet Platform list , and it was selected for the city's "Xinchuang 10 Articles — First Solution" benchmark demonstration project for 2023–2024 . The company has deployed its intelligent computing technology for clients such as Risen Energy (东方日升), whose production-planning platform built with Cardinal Operations won a 2024 IDC China Future Enterprise award , and its digital rural development case study was included in a 2024 research report by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology . In January 2025 it received the Fenghui Social Public Welfare Award at the Chaoyang District enterprise annual meeting .
