Cornerstone Capital (基石资本) is a Chinese venture capital and private equity firm that appears across multiple deal announcements from 2019 to 2023, typically as a co-investor or lead participant in growth-stage rounds. Per Gaorong Ventures' reporting, it led the nearly RMB 1 billion Series D round for community fresh-food chain Qdama in December 2019 , and joined rounds for chip designer Biren Technology (Pre-B, 2020) , antibody-discovery CRO Biointron's nearly RMB 500 million Series B (2022) , and 3D sensor chip firm Adaps Photonics' C+ round (2023) . It also co-led the B and B+ rounds for color-contact-lens brand Kala with RMB 400 million-plus in total in 2021, alongside ZhenFund and others .
