Huawei Cloud is Huawei's cloud computing arm, positioned as a platform for enterprise AI and digital infrastructure partnerships. It has since deepened this ecosystem play: ONES struck a strategic partnership with Huawei Cloud as of late 2024 , and at HDC 2025 Wuwenxincheng (无问芯穹) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement aimed at solving compute scarcity by linking heterogeneous chips and models through Huawei Cloud's infrastructure .
