SpacemiT

SpacemiT (进迭时空) is a Chinese RISC-V chip company that ZhenFund backed at the angel stage and continues to hold as an early investment . The company designs AI CPUs and server-oriented SoCs: its SpacemiT Key Stone™ K1, billed as the world's first 8-core RISC-V AI CPU, was showcased at the 2024 RISC-V European Summit in Munich , and by 2025 it was presenting RISC-V server solutions at the RISC-V China Summit . In late 2024 its K1 chip became the first RISC-V high-performance computing processor to win a "China Chip" award for outstanding technological innovation . The company raised a Series A+ round of several hundred million RMB, led by Hong Kong's Brizan III Fund, to advance its RISC-V AI CPU and server AI roadmap , and as of early 2026 it was participating in China's first home-grown RISC-V full-stack evaluation tool .
