UISEE

UISEE (驭势科技) is a Chinese L4 autonomous driving company founded in 2016 by Wu Gansha, previously Intel China Labs director and chief engineer, out of a garage in Beijing's Fangshan district . It listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today (May 20, 2026) as the "first full-scenario L4 autonomous driving stock" under ticker 1511.HK, with ZhenFund among its earliest investors from inception . The company name derives from the *Guiguzi* text: "those who observe trends are clear-sighted, those who follow trends are wise, those who command trends stand alone in the world" .

As of its listing, UISEE operates over 1,200 L4 vehicles across 10 application scenarios spanning passenger and commercial vehicles, with cumulative autonomous mileage exceeding 9.2 million kilometers . Its R&D spending ran RMB 184 million, 196 million, and 234 million in 2023–2025 respectively, with 227 R&D staff of whom 50.2% hold master's or doctoral degrees; it holds 661 authorized patents and has developed the self-built U-Drive® 5.0 platform . The company has deployed at Qatar's Hamad International Airport, where Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee inspected its unmanned shuttle operations in May 2025 , and was named an excellent unmanned driving technology supplier by *China Civil Aviation News* for two consecutive years .
