CrossWe (跨维智能) is a Chinese embodied-AI robotics company, backed by ZhenFund as an angel investor when the company was set up around 2020. Its technical roots run earlier: founder Jia Kui's team published an end-to-end model in 2019 that could precisely grasp unknown objects trained purely on mixed data — the groundwork, in his telling, for founding the company, with ZhenFund joining at the angel stage .

The company's flagship is the humanoid robot DexForce W1 Pro ("小维"), a second-generation upgrade of the W1 released in mid-2025, built around its self-developed generative embodied-intelligence "brain" and the EmbodiChain development platform . Deployment so far skews toward commercial and consumer scenarios rather than factory floors: the robot made coffee for attending dignitaries at the Global Women's Summit in Beijing in October 2025 — reportedly capable of brewing 200–300 cups a day and already in use at coffee festivals and malls — and ran a fully automated ice-cream station at the Shenzhen Cultural Industries Fair in May 2026 under its "AI+商业服务" push, part of a "DexBot Inside" strategy of licensing its embodied brain across partners and scenarios rather than selling hardware alone . Jia Kui frames the ambition broadly, calling the next decade one of "physical world AGI" .
