GravityXR (万有引力) is an XR spatial-computing chip design company founded in September 2021, focused on developing dedicated chips and full-stack technology solutions for AR glasses, VR headsets, and MR headsets . The company positions its core mission around enabling next-generation immersive experiences through purpose-built silicon—optimizing for low-latency real-time 4K rendering at 120Hz, sensor data processing, and mixed-reality interaction, while addressing power constraints and motion-sickness reduction through proprietary algorithms .

By October 2023, GravityXR had completed four funding rounds since its inception, including a Series A of several hundred million RMB led by Monolith Capital (砺思资本), with participation from Ningbo Tongshang Fund, China Merchants Venture Capital, and continued backing from existing shareholders including miHoYo, Sequoia Capital China, and others . The company was also recognized on the 2023 "Sharp 100" list of innovative companies by China Venture, in the semiconductor track .
