GravityXR (万有引力) is an XR spatial-computing chip design company founded in September 2021, focused on developing dedicated chips and components for AR glasses, VR headsets, and MR headsets . The company positions itself as providing a complete next-generation XR spatial-computing technology solution built around core chip capabilities, with hardware technology and algorithms as supporting pillars . Its chips target low-latency real-time 4K and 120Hz image rendering, sensor data processing, and mixed-reality interaction, with proprietary algorithms designed to reduce motion sickness and enable new interaction modes .

The company has moved through funding rapidly: it completed four rounds within roughly its first two years, starting with a Gaorong Ventures-led angel round in 2021, followed by Pre-A, Pre-A+ (led by Tongge Venture Capital, co-founded by Goertek, PICO, miHoYo, and 37 Interactive Entertainment), and a Series A in October 2023 led by Monolith (砺思资本) with participation from Ningbo Tongshang Fund, Zhaoshang Venture Capital, and Haiding Capital, among others .
