Xinhuazhang

Xinhuazhang (芯华章) is a semiconductor company and an early portfolio company of ZhenFund (真格基金) . It develops electronic design automation (EDA) tools — at DAC 2024, it unveiled FusionFlex, a full-flow agile verification manager, and partnered with Huada Jiutian (华大九天) on mixed-signal design . The company also participated in the 2024 RISC-V China Summit . In 2024, Xinhuazhang was named a national-level "little giant" (专精特新「小巨人」) enterprise by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, recognized for technical innovation and industry position . It exhibited at ICCAD 2024 in Shanghai alongside other ZhenFund-backed chip companies including Xingji (芯行纪), Acceleration Technology (加速科技), and Yaohui (芯耀辉) .
