Xinhuazhang

Xinhuazhang is a Chinese EDA (electronic design automation) company founded in 2020 and led by chairman and CEO Libin Wang . The company focuses on next-generation digital verification tools, positioning itself around an "EDA 2.0" vision . Within its first ten months, it had grown to roughly 130 staff and released two verification products , and by early 2022 Wang described the team as having spent nearly two years on intensive R&D .

Its investor base includes Gaorong Ventures, which led its Series A in December 2020 and continued into subsequent rounds ; 5Y Capital ; and ZhenFund . On the commercial side, Xinhuazhang has formed strategic partnerships with RISC-V IP supplier Nuclei System Technology , CMOS mmWave radar chip firm Gatlan , and Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park to support IC and connected-vehicle companies with system-level verification . It has also been listed among China's high-growth innovation companies by media such as 21st Century Business Herald .
