Zenitar (赜灵生物) is a Chinese biotech company developing novel small-molecule drugs, founded by Professor Chen Lijuan (陈俐娟) . It has raised significant capital in recent years: a nearly RMB 400 million Series B+ round in mid-2025 , followed by a nearly RMB 600 million Series C round in January 2026 led by Temasek's Fullerton Capital and Qiming Venture Partners, with BlueRun Ventures, Tencent Investment, and others participating . The company runs an integrated "three-in-one" R&D engine combining ZeniFold (structural biology), ZeniMind (AI drug discovery), and ZeniScreen (disease model screening) to accelerate target identification through clinical validation . As of mid-2025, two of its core pipeline assets had entered pivotal Phase III trials, with 2025 framed as the start of its global expansion . Existing shareholders including 5Y Capital, Huajin Capital, and Sichuan Science and Technology Innovation Investment Group continued to back the company in its Series C .
