On March 26, Zhangshangkuaixiao founder and CEO Yubin Zheng announced that the company had completed a 205 million RMB Series B round in February this year, co-led by Prologis and Meituan's Longzhu Capital, with participation from Source Code Capital and Hanxin Capital.
CHJ Automotive today announced the completion of a 3 billion yuan Series B funding round. The round was led by Matrix Partners China and the new energy fund under Shougang Fund, with follow-on investments from existing shareholders including Yintai Group, Source Code Capital, BlueRun Ventures, Future Capital, and Fancheng Capital. Taihe Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round. Combined with its previous angel and Series A rounds, CHJ Automotive has raised a total of 5.755 billion yuan since its founding two and a half years ago.
On March 21, Edianzu, a major player in enterprise computer leasing services, announced it had raised $32 million in a Series C round led by Source Code Capital, with participation from Shunwei Capital, Matrix Partners China, Hongtai APlus, and Koala Fund.
