Angtai Micro-Precision (昂泰微精) is a Chinese surgical robotics company backed by Qiming Venture Partners, developing what it claims is the world's most refined microsurgical robot system. Its flagship product, Kai, is a self-developed microsurgery control system designed for supermicrosurgical procedures requiring extreme precision—workflows like vascular anastomosis in free tissue transfer and complex tumor resection and reconstruction .

The company has rapidly advanced from research to clinical application. By mid-2025, Kai had already assisted in what were reported as multiple "first" procedures globally and domestically: the world's first robot-assisted complex tumor excision and reconstruction (with Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital) , China's first robot-assisted maxillofacial vascularized free flap reconstruction (Peking University Dental Hospital) , and various supermicrosurgical procedures including ultra-thin perforator flap transplantation and keloid excision with vessel anastomosis .
