Enflame

Enflame (燧原科技) is a Chinese AI chip company and a ZhenFund angel project, founded by CEO Zhao Lidong and COO Zhang Yalin . The company produces AI inference accelerators—its third-generation product, the Enflame S60, launched in 2024 and had achieved deployment of over 70,000 cards across more than 300 application scenarios by late 2025 . Enflame has built large-scale computing infrastructure including the Chengdu-Chongqing Intelligent Computing Center, where it supplied the computing base in partnership with Sichuan Bingji Technology , and a 10,000-card heterogeneous cluster in Qingyang done with Tencent Cloud, which was named an industry cloud platform exemplar in 2024 . The company was listed among China's top 100 unicorns and recognized as a new unicorn of 2025 in IT Juzi's rankings , and its executives have been named to AI industry focus-person lists .
