Aosogena (奥梭格纳 / Orthogonal Technology) is a Shanghai-based developer of AI-powered product design tools that combines physical behavior simulation with industrial aesthetics . Founded by Dr. Ji Yang, a former senior scientist at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) who spent a decade working on Modelica technology, the company builds software and dedicated hardware for designing future intelligent products—handling form, behavior, and human-machine interaction in a collaborative, web-based platform . Dr. Ji, who was the only Chinese doctoral student of Modelica Global Association president Martin Otter, became the first non-academic entrepreneur to receive the TUM Ambassador honor from his alma mater Munich Technical University in 2023 .
