Huaiting Zhang

Huaiting Zhang is a serial entrepreneur in China's AI and education technology space, currently serving as founder and CEO of Yuaiweiwu (与爱为舞), an AI education company he launched in 2023 at age 46 . He began his career in 2005 at Baidu, where he helped build the Fengchao advertising system from scratch and led a model team that produced several notable technical leaders including Suhua (Kuaishou co-founder), Dai Wenyuan (Fourth Paradigm founder), and Zhang Dong . In 2014, he co-founded Genshuixue (later Gaotu Techedu), serving as COO, and personally funded team bonuses during the company's darkest periods before reducing his own stake from 22% to 6% ahead of its IPO . His current venture, Yuaiweiwu, focuses on applying generative AI to personalized education—what he describes as turning "services into manufacturing" to break the trade-off between scale, quality, and cost .
