SF Express

SF Express is a Chinese logistics conglomerate that has emerged as a strategic investor in autonomous delivery, most visibly through its repeated backing of L4 self-driving startup White Rhino (白犀牛). It led White Rhino's RMB 200 million Series B in May 2025 , followed that with a co-investment in the B+ round in August 2025 that brought total Series B funding to nearly RMB 500 million , and participated again in a late-2025 round that pushed White Rhino's annual financing past $100 million . Through these investments, SF Express positioned White Rhino as the first autonomous driving company to receive capital from both a major express delivery player and a commercial vehicle manufacturer . White Rhino now counts SF Express among its deep commercial partners alongside China Post and JD, with over 2,000 vehicles in active operation across more than 170 cities as of late 2025 .
