Legend Capital (君联资本) is an established Chinese venture capital firm with a track record spanning both consumer internet and deep-tech bets. It was among the major shareholders in Bilibili at the time of its U.S. IPO in 2018 , and it has continued to deploy capital into frontier sectors — for instance, leading the pre-A round in bio-based materials startup Zhongke Guosheng in late 2022 and continuing to follow on in subsequent rounds , as well as investing in commercial fusion company NovaFusion across its angel and angel+ rounds in 2025-2026 . The firm was also an early backer of Zhipu AI, one of China's leading large-model startups, alongside other "root-red" institutional investors . In earlier years it participated in edtech, joining Onion Math's Series C in February 2018 and re-upping in the company's later funding .
