Gaotu Techedu is a New York-listed online education company founded by Larry Chen (who serves as chairman and CEO) in 2014, originally known as GSX Techedu / "跟谁学," with co-founders including Lü Weisheng and Huaiting Zhang as COO; Gaorong Ventures led its Series A in 2015, and Chen took the company public on the NYSE in 2019 .
