Zhuiyi (追一科技) is a Chinese enterprise AI company founded in 2016 that specializes in natural language processing and multimodal AI applications for business automation . Its core products center on the AIForce "digital employee" suite and a broader conversational and analytics AI platform targeting marketing, sales, service, and operations workflows . The company has positioned itself particularly heavily in financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors, claiming deep coverage of major state-owned and commercial banks among its roughly 300-plus enterprise clients .

On the funding side, Zhuiyi attracted early backing from Gaorong Ventures, which led its Series A in 2016 and reinvested across subsequent rounds . It later raised a $41 million Series C in 2019 led by the China-Belarus Industrial Investment Fund, with participation from Gaorong, Sinovation Ventures, Morningside, and GGV . In 2021 it secured strategic investment at a "several hundred million RMB" scale from the China Internet Investment Fund and China Mobile's innovation fund, with Gaorong and 5Y Capital again adding to their positions . A separate strategic round with CICC Capital's infrastructure fund followed later that year .
